摘　　要：啤酒发酵在线控制系统在相应硬件的基础上,采用Borland公司的Delphi6.0来实现。完成了对现场站数据的采集和处理;动态显示啤酒发酵过程中进酒时间、温度、压力和液位等的值,并且提供了上述值的历史数据以供查询。实践表明,该系统能够满足啤酒企业发酵过程的应用。Online controlling system for beer ferment is designed and realized by Borland Delphi6.0 based on some hardwares. The collection of information from the locale is roalized and the time, temperature and pressure dynamically are shown. The history data for query is also provided. Practical application shows that this system satisfy the need of ferment of beer agriculture.
