摘　　要：目的探讨槲皮素对K562细胞的形态、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达影响。方法以K562细胞为研究对象,细胞形态学观察采用Wright染色法;AnnecxinⅤ标记检测细胞凋亡率;VEGF表达采用ELISA法。结果经槲皮素处理后,细胞形态学上出现凋亡特征性改变;K562细胞凋亡率明显增加;K562细胞显著降低VEGF的表达。结论槲皮素在体外能抑制白血病细胞K562生长并诱导其凋亡;槲皮素可抑制白血病细胞分泌VEGF。Objective To investigate the effects of quercetin on cell morphology, expression of VEGF of K562 cell. Methods Cells morphology assayed by Wright＇s stain, apoptosis rate by apoptotic marker Annecxin V and VEGF expression by ELISA. Results The typical apoptosis was found in K562 cell after treatment with quercetin. Apoptotic marker Annecxin V analysis showed after treatment with quercetin, the apoptotic rate was increased in K562 cell. The expression of VEGF in K562 cell was significantly decreased after treatment with quercetin. Conclusion Quercetin can inhibit the proliferation and induce K562 cell apoptosis. It also can inhibit the expression of VEGF in leukemia cell.
