摘　　要：本文从生态经济系统的概念及其特征入手，分析了生态经济系统发生灾变的原因，阐述了减轻或防止生态经济系统灾变程度的有效途径。文章对合理调控生态经济系统、实现生态经济平衡，防止或减轻灾害发生等问题作了比较深入的研究。The factorors resulting in calamity of eco-economic system were analysed starting with the concepts and char-acteristics of eco-economic system，and the effective ways to reduce and prevent calamity were prOlrosed．In the mean-time，some subjects were also studied on how to adjust and control rationally eco-economic system，to realize eco-econo-my balance and to prevent and reduce calamity.
