摘　　要：目的研究凋亡抑制因子survivin在急性白血病(AL)和骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法以23例初发的AL患者和27例初发的MDS患者为研究对象,10名健康成年人为对照。应用RT-PCR的方法检测survivin mRNA的表达。结果AL患者survivin mRNA的表达阳性率为78.26%,在MDS患者中的表达率为74%,均明显高于对照组。结论survivin广泛表达于AL患者和MDS患者,提示其过度表达与AL及MDS有关。Objective To investigate the expression of apoptosis protein inhibitor, survivin, in acute leukemia （AL） and myelodysplastic syndromes （MDS）,and to explore its clinical significance. Methods By using reverse tmnscripase polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） technique, mRNA expression of survivin were detected in 23 AL and 27 MDS patients and 10 controls. Results The positive expression rates of survivin in AL and MDS patients were 78.26% and 74%, respectively. They were significantly higher than that in controls. Conclusion Survivin gene is highly expressed in AL and MDS patients. It hints the overexpression of surviving is correlated to AL and MDS.
