冷室压铸机压射速度的匀加速控制

摘　　要：目前冷室压铸机的压射过程大多采用三级压射的控制方法,不仅给压铸机的调整带来不便,而且还对压铸件的质量和压铸机本身产生不良影响。为了克服这些缺陷,提出了压射速度的匀加速控制,并给出了一种压射速度匀加速控制系统的控制方法、基本组成和控制过程。在实际应用中,通过对原压铸机的液压系统和电气系统进行改造,实现了压射速度的匀加速控制,并取得了良好的效果,从而为压铸机压射速度的控制提供了一种简便而有效的方法。The three degrees injection control is adopted in injection process of the cold chamber diecasting machine at present, Not only the inconvenience is come into being to adjusting of the cold chamber die-casting machine but also the bad influence is given birth to the cold chamber die-casting machine and quality of the die casting. In order to improve the defects, the equal accelerating control of the injection velocity is raised, and the control methods, basic consist, and control process of the control system, in which the injection velocity is accelerated equally, are given. In practice by altering the hydraulic pressure and electric system, the equal accelerating control of the injection velocity is realized and the good effect is acquired, and a simple and effective method is provided for the control velocity of the cold chamber diecasting machine,
