高校教务管理队伍建设的几点思考

摘　　要：高等学校的主要任务是培养人才,教学是高校的中心工作,教学管理是高校管理中的关键环节.要实现科学的教学教务管理,必须有一支高素质的管理队伍,教务管理人员正是这支队伍的重要组成部分.教务管理工作的成效,很大程度上取决于教务管理人员的整体素质.教务管理人员素质的提高是保障教学秩序、提高办学质量的基础.高校领导应重视教务管理人员的素质培养,教务管理人员也应提高自身的素质并创造性地开展教务工作.The main task of universities, with teaching being its centre, is to foster qualified personnel. Teaching-affair administration is the key in the management of a university. A high-quality management force is needed in scientific administration. The quality of the teaching-affair administrators is the basis of the quality and guaranteeing of an orderly teaching. Therefore, leaders of a college or university should impose great importance on the training of teaching-affair administrators, who should improve their quality and finish their work inventively as well.
