摘　　要：知识管理系统是企业开展知识管理的重要平台。本文针对传统知识管理系统中出现的问题,分析了个人知识管理与组织知识管理的关系,在此基础上论述了分布式知识管理系统的意义,提出一种分布式知识管理系统的应用架构和技术框架,阐述了其中的若干关键技术;最后,介绍了作者课题组开发的分布式知识管理系统在某汽车配件企业的应用实例。The knowledge management system is an important platform for the enterprises to carry out the knowledge management. Aiming at the questions of the traditional knowledge management system, the relationship between personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge management is analyzed. Then based on these, the significance of distributed knowledge management system is discussed, and proposes application frame and technical framework of a distributed knowledge management system. Several key technologies are expounded. Finally, an application example of our distributed knowledge management system in an automobile fitting enterprise is introduced.
