摘 要:目的阐述农药抑芽丹分子印迹聚合物的识别机制,并分析聚合物的识别特性。方法以甲醇为溶剂,利用热引发聚合方法,以甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂合成抑芽丹的分子印迹聚合物材料,利用紫外光谱技术对其亲和机制进行分析。结果表明在甲醇中1个抑芽丹与2个甲基丙烯酸通过氢键形成复合物。分子印迹聚合物对抑芽丹表现出高的亲和性,分子印迹聚合物的最大吸附量可达到546.35μmol.g-1,明显高于空白印迹聚合物的最大吸附量(1.42μmol.g-1),并具有很好的选择吸附特性。结论该材料有望用于植物组织中痕量抑芽丹农药残留的分离富集和分析,特别是有望在样品待测组分固相微萃取中得到应用。Objective To demonstrate the mechanism of molecularly imprinted polymer of maleic hydrazide (MH) and evaluate the adsorptive specificity and selectivity. Methods MH imprinted polymer was prepared by hot-induced polymerization in methanol. MH, methacrylic acid(MAA), ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA), and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) were used as template, functional monomer, cross-linker, and initiator respectively. Ultraviolet spectra were used to demonstrate the mechanism of the interaction between MH and MAA in methanol. Results One MH was entrapped by two MAAs in methanol through hydrogen bond. Langmuir model was used to fit the adsorption data. Molecularly imprinted polymers showed specific binding sites to MH. Bmax of MH imprinted polymer (546.35 μmol·g^-1) was significantly higher than that of blank molecularly imprinted polymer ( 1.42 μmol·g^-1). Conclusion The imprinted polymers can be used for separation, enrichment, and analysis of trace maleic hydrazide residue in plants especially for the solid phase extraction of trace maleic hydrazide residue from samples before detection.
