摘　　要：阐述城市信息化的基本内涵,介绍国内外各种城市信息化测评指标体系并分析这些指标体系的发展趋势。结合上海的实际情况建立一种新的城市信息化测评指标体系,并据此将上海与若干发达国家中心城市的城市信息化现状及发展趋势进行测算与比较,最后根据测算与比较结果对上海未来的信息化建设提出了一些建议。This paper first describes the content of the city informatization, then it introduces some new typical indices brought forward recently and its analysis trend of informatization indices. Based on this analysis and the actual condition of Shanghai, the paper also proposes a new set of indices of city informatization. With a comparison to some central cites of developed countries and regions, the paper also brings forth several proposals on informatization construction of Shanghai.
