摘　　要：从成人教育的人才培养、成人教育的理论研究、成人教育专业性组织建设方面,阐述了我国成人教育学科发展现状,同时也指出,在我国教育科学理论体系中,成人教育的理论研究仍然十分薄弱。依据成人教育学科的发展现状提出了成人教育期刊的发展对策:制定出符合刊物特点的发展战略,有准确的定位,不断提升期刊的学术水平。The paper expatiates on the current development of adult pedagogy in China in the aspects of talent development, theoretical research and professional organization construction of adult education. Combined with the current situation of adult education periodicals, the paper also proposes the development strategies, ie., formulating the development strategies on the basis of the features of the periodicals, exactly defining and constantly improving the academic level of the periodicals.
