摘 要:根据企业产品开发实际以及用户在产品的实际使用过程中的需求,以手柄位移与手柄力之间关系曲线为制动器操纵舒适性评价指标,在对摩托车盘式制动器工作原理进行分析以及影响摩托车制动器操纵舒适性的设计因素确认的基础上,建立起摩托车盘式制动器操纵舒适性数学模型。根据摩托车制动器操纵舒适性设计在本质上是实际产品的舒适性曲线向根据设计实践获得的随车型,以及用户群而变化的目标舒适性曲线逼近的特点,提出采用Hausdorff距离度量舒适性曲线间的逼近度,并以此为优化设计目标建立制动操纵舒适性优化设计模型。最后通过该方法在实际设计中的应用,获得较优的、合理可行的制动器操纵舒适性优化设计结果,解决了实际设计中对操纵舒适性设计无从着手、设计效率低等问题。To meet the requirements that arise from brake design and client use, an evaluation by a curve that represents the relationship between the handle movements and handle force to handling comfort is implemented. Based on the analysis of braking principle and recognition of design factors affecting handling comfort, a mathematical model for handling comfort is established. As the essence of handling comfort design is a designing comfort curve matching a target curve that is acquired from the design experiences and varying with different client, a Hausdorff distance method is implemented to represent the similarity between the curves and an optimal handling comfort design model is developed. By the application of that model in practical design, an optimal and feasible handling comfort design result is acquired. The difficulty and low design efficiency in handling comfort design are overcome.
