摘　　要：为了培养适合企业发展需要的纺织专业人才，现代纺织技术专业改革必须结合纺织工业技术发展实际，运用CBE／DACUM思想和方法，构建新的培养体系。首先要确定培养目标，然后根据企业生产实际编制岗位职责／任务表，进而构建理论教学体系和实践教学体系，明确培养计划。This article expatiated the mode and the method of constructing the new education system, by integrating the factual of the developing textile technology and using the CBE/DACUM ideas in the teaching innovation of the modern textile technology speciality.
