摘　　要：目的探讨术中术后热低渗液腹腔灌注化疗治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法将术中(用重蒸馏水)术后(用5-Fu与顺铂)热低渗液腹腔灌注化疗的42例大肠癌患者(治疗组)与未加化疗药的43例(对照组)的术中术后脱落癌细胞及1、3、5年生存率情况进行比较。结果(1)两组腹腔脱落癌细胞阳性率在灌注前差异无显著性。灌注后对照组为34%,研究组为4。3%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)(2)两组术后1年生存率对比无差异,3、5年生存率治疗组较对照组差异存在显著性(P<0.01)。结论术中术后腹腔热低渗化疗不失为一种方便、经济而又高效的治疗方法,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of the Thermal hypotonic liquid in intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion of chemotherapy during or after operate to treat the coloreetal cancer. Methods 85 eases of colorectal cancer treated by radical resection were randomly divided into study group（n=43） and control group （n=42）.before the operative wound closing, the wound of both groups were washed with normal saline solutions first and the washing solutions were collected for examination of residual cancer cell（RCC）,then the operative wounds of study group were treated with HHSSCT（used 5-Fu and DDP）, while the wounds of control group were soaked with normal saline solutions （NS） only. The soaking solutions of both groups were collected for examination of RCC. The rates of RCC in operative wounds and the postoperative survival rate after 1,3,5 years of colorectal cancer in the two groups were compared. Results （1）The positive rate of intraperitoneal residual cancer cell in the two group of patients has not significance of difference before to use the perfusion. After use the perfusion, the positive rate of residual cancer cell were 34% （control group） and 4.3% （treat group）,the difference have significance,（P〈 0.01）. （2）The two group has no difference in 1-year survival rates after operate, but they has the significance of difference between the two group in the 3-year and 5-year survival rate （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion of chemotherapy is a convenient economical and effective treatment. And it is worth to popularize and apply in the clinic.
