摘　　要：本文从意动用法及其特点两个方面进行比较,阐明《荀子》与《韩非子》的同异,说明在战国末期意动用法也是不算少的。This paper explores the similarities and differences between Xun Zi and Han Fei Zi in terms of their usage and characteristics of verbs derived from adjectives or nouns, arguing that the use of adjectives/nouns as verbs was a prevalent linguistic phenomenon early at the end of the Warring States Period （403 -221 B.C.）.
