摘　　要：对网络视频监控系统的硬件组成和软件开发进行了介绍。系统采用能同时输出4路H．264编码视频的采集压缩卡,基于RTP／RTCP视频网络传输协议,引入了在DirectShow软件架构上改进的网络视频编程模式,提高了程序的模块化和可扩展性,改善了视频的传输质量。The hardware structures and software design of a kind of network video surveillance system are introduced. This system uses A/D card that can output four channels video base on H. 264 algorithm. It uses RTP/ RTCP protocol and introduces the better network video program mode based on DirectShow software architecture, thus boosting the modularization and expandability of program and improving quality of video.
