摘　　要：给出r=k时与k椭圆内接,且与其r圆外切的多边形的几何特征.给出22<rk<1、rk≥1、rk≤12时与k椭圆内接,且与其r圆外切的三角形存在性的结论,提出关于与k椭圆内接,且与其r圆外切的三角形存在性的猜想.Provide some character about the character of the polygon which inscribes ellipse k and circumscribes its circle r as well when r = k. The article proposes some conjectures about the existence of the triangle which inscribes ellipse k and circumscribes r r 1 its circler as well. When √2/2〈r/k〈1、r/k≥1、r/k≤1/2 are tenable respectively the article also presents some conclusions.
