综合性医院急诊脑血管意外的流行病学调查研究

摘　　要：目的 研究综合性医院急诊脑血管意外患者的流行病学特点，为脑血管意外的防治和加强学科建设提供最新的科学资料和依据。方法 对急诊的脑血管意外患者的性别、年龄、所处行政区、就诊时间、抵院方式、去向等项目进行调查统计分析。结果全年有946例急诊脑血管意外患者，男女之比为1．53：1，年龄为57．93±19．23岁。高发年龄组为60岁～、70岁～两个组。冬春季节的发病率明显高于夏秋季节。利用市“120”急救中心或医院救护车来诊者占52．64％。脑梗塞占急诊脑血管意外患者的56．98％。收住院率占82．98％。结论 ①急诊患者是脑血管意外住院病人的主要来源，脑血管意外是神经科疾病的主要病种。②普及公众相关知识的教育和加强院前急救与转送工作对急性脑血管意外的救治具有重要意义。Objective To summarize the epidemiological characteristics of apoplexy among critically ill in integrated hospital with respect to scientific reference and hospital prevention and treatment of apoplexy. Methods From January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003, the collected data of sex, age, administrative district, visiting time, visiting method and whereabouts in patients with apoplexy were statistically analyzed. Results 946 cases with apoplexy in emergency department of our hospital were found in 2003. The ratio of male to female was 1.53 ： 1, the age was 57.93 ＋ 19.23 years. The high incidence was at ages of 60-69 and 70-79. A statistically higher incidence was observed in winter and spring than that of summer and fall. 52.64 % of patients were sent to hospital by ＂120＂ first - aid center or our hospital ambulance. Of all cases the ratio of brain infarction was 56.98%. The ratio of hospitalized patients was 82.98 %. Conclusion ①The hospitalized patients with apoplexy were mainly from the critically ill, eerebrovaseular accident is a major disease of neurosystem disease. ②The popularization of related knowledge and reinforcement of prehospital emergency care, prehospital transfer play an important role in rescuing of acuteapoplexy.
