摘 要:为了降低微生物絮凝剂M-25的生产成本,以查氏母液为基础,采用替代碳源和氮源的方法,开发出了廉价的替代碳氮源:淀粉和尿素。使用该替代培养基的发酵液处理4 000 mg/L的高岭土悬浊液,絮凝率高达99.5%,比查氏培养基提高2.5%,而培养基成本降低近60%。探索出了常温下直接保存发酵液的方法,降低M-25的应用成本。In order to decrease the production cost of Microbial Flocculant M -25, the amylum and urea were developped for the cheap substitutes of carbon source and nitrogen source of Charls medium. When the Kaolin suspension of 4 000 mg/L was treated with the fermentation liquid of the substitute, the flocculation efficiency reached 99.5%; Compared with Charles medium, the floccutation efficiency increased slightly by 2.5% , and the cost was greatly reduced by about 60%. The method for the preservation of the fermentation liquid in normal temperature was found, which reduced the application cost of M -25.
