摘　　要：“三选”教学模式成功地解决了传统体育教学模式中存在的诸多弊端。它对于激发“教”与“学”双方的积极性以提高体育教学质量,推动学生课余体育活动和运动竞赛的开展,丰富大学生活,都起着十分重要的积极作用。“三选”体育教学模式符合国际大学体育教育发展的潮流。The ＂Thrce-Sclection＂ physical education teaching mode has been practiced and researched for a long period in Xiangtan University, which has proved that the ＂Three-Selection＂ teaching mode can succeed in removing the drawbacks in traditional teaching mode, and it plays an active role in arousing both teachers＇ and students＇ enthusiasm, improving the quality of physical education teaching, impelling the students＇ extra-curricular sports activities and competition, and enriching students＇ college life.
