摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的来临,知识链已经成为企业不断成长的关键一环。文章从系统的角度提出知识相图的概念,在此基础上对企业知识链进行了研究,认为企业知识链就是围绕企业核心竞争优势,设计知识流将知识的贡献、扩散、流通、学习和存储等环节有机地统一,不断使企业的智力资产增值的集成化知识管理过程。With the coming of the knowledge economy society, the knowledge chain has been a key for the development of enterprise. Based on the theory of system, this paper focuses on the knowledge chain of enterprise and puts forward the conception of the knowledge phase portrait. According to the core competitive advantage of enterprise, the knowledge chain includes the contribution, the diffusion, the circulation, the learning and the storage of knowledge which work together. It is an integrative process of knowledge management and the capital of intelligence in enterprise incomes continually.
