摘　　要：针对大型发电机的定子线圈绝缘带的包扎问题,研制了HMEC-KMXM型六轴数控包带机.对数控包带机的功能进行了介绍,给出了基于工业控制计算机的系统硬件设计和实现方法,对系统功能的软件实现进行了分析和说明.实际包带结果表明,包带效果与国外同类产品相同,比手工包带具有更好的包带精确度、速度及重复性.Aimed at the reeling of insulative tap on generator stator＇ s bars, six - axes numerical control reel machine HMEC -KMXM is designed. In this paper, the functions of reel machine are described, and the design and implementation methods of system hardware based on IPC （ industry personal computer） is given. How to realize system＇ s functions by software is analyzed and illuminated. The practical experimentations show that the reel machine has preferable performance in the precision of reel, the reproducibility and velocity.
