板坯横移车行走机构的改造与分析

摘　　要：板坯横移车是现代炼钢厂连铸工艺中的重要设备,因增产节支的需要,故对其进行承载能力挖潜。对板坯横移车行走机构部分作了技术改造,并对其运输辊道的有关零件进行了有限元分析。The billet transporting car is an important equipment in modern steel-making plant. In order to increase the output, decrease the cost, the load carrying capacity of the billet transporting car should be fully exploited. For this purpose, the traveling mechanism of the billet transporting car is reformed in the study, and FEM is used for analyzing the parts strength of the traveling mechanism and the roller track.
