摘 要:为了改善工程机械工作装置的操纵性,对传统的电液比例多路换向阀进行了数字化改造.采用高速数字开关阀取代传统电磁比例减压阀作为压力先导控制部分,研究分析了对高速数字开关阀直接进行控制的脉宽调制(PWM)控制方式,验证了该改造原理的可行性,提高了工程机械工作装置液压系统的可靠性,增加了系统的抗干扰能力.In order to improve the maneuverability of operational devices on off-highway vehicles, the traditional multi-way directional valve with electro-hydraulic proportional control was remodeled digitally. A digital high-speed on-off valve was substituted for the traditional electro-hydraulic proportional reducing valve as pressure-pilot control part. The pulse width modulation (PWM) control strategy for directly controlling this fast digital on-off valve was investigated and analyzed. The validity and feasibility of the remodeling principle was verified, the reliability of the hydraulic system of the operational devices on offhighway vehicles improved, and the anti-interference capability of the system increased.
