锌剂治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌片口服加溃疡局部涂布锌粉治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）的可行性。方法随机挑选80例RAU患者口服葡萄糖酸锌片加溃疡局部涂布锌粉为治疗组，80例RAU患者常规治疗为对照组。结果经5-10天治疗，治疗组有效率为91％，对照组为60．3％，两组间差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论葡萄糖酸锌片口服加溃疡局部涂布锌粉能加速溃疡愈台，并通过锌的补入调节了人体锌重新分布，调节人体的免疫力，增强了防御能力，减少了RAU的复发。Objective To study feasibility of treatment for recurrent apthous ulcer（RAU） by taking orally and smearing zinc gluconate tablets on the lesion of RAU. Methods 80 RAU patients chosen randomly were taken as treatment group and 80 as control group. Zinc gluconate tablets were taken orally and smeared on the lesion of RAU in the treatment group while routine treatment in the control. Results After 5-10 days treated, the effective rate of treatment group was 91% while that of the other was 60% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking orally zinc glueonate tablets and smearing it on the lesion of RAU is effective in accelerating the healing of RAU, and through zinc supplement adjusing zinc distribution in the body, strengthening immunity, reducing recurrence of RAU.
