摘　　要：本文介绍国内外学习者口语语料库的研制现状,分析建立汉语学习者口语语料库的重要价值,并设想该语料库的特点和优势,重点描述汉语学习者口语语料库的研制架构和流程,最后指出研制过程中的重点和难点以及可能遇到的问题。This paper aims to discuss the present development on Learners＇ Spoken Corpus. Through analyzing the important value of building the Chinese Learners＇ Spoken Corpus, we attempt to assume the characters and advantages of the Corpus, espeliaUy mainly described the constructing and process of the Corpus. Finally, the paper points out the key issues, dificulties and problems which we may run into.
