翼状胬肉切除、大范围Tenon囊切除联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨翼状胬肉切除、大范围Tenon囊切除联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取30例(36眼)初发翼状胬肉患者,采用翼状胬肉切除、大范围Tenon囊切除联合丝裂霉素C进行治疗,然后进行随访观察。结果:所有患者均接受了12～16(平均13.4)mo以上的随访,有1例患者复发,没有发现任何并发症。结论:翼状胬肉切除、大范围Tenon囊切除联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉是一种安全有效的治疗方法。AIM： To investigate the effect and safety of extensive Tenon＇s membrane excision with mitomycin C treatment in the pterygium surgery. METHODS： 36 patients with pterygium received pterygium excision operation. During the surgery, the entire pterygium was excised to the plica, the extensive Tenon＇s membrane was removed from the scleral bed and rectus muscle. Bare sclera was exposed to 0.4g/L MMC for 5min. RESULTS： All the cases were followed up for average 13.4 mo. the pterygium recurrence appeared in one eye and no serious complications were observed. CONCLUSION： These findings suggest that extensive re- moval of Tenon＇s membrane combined with topical MMC in the aforementioned dose is a safe method for pterygium treatment, with low recurrence rate and little serious complications.
