摘  要:目的 采用3Munitek MBT托槽,对双牙弓前突患者通过一步滑动法关闭拔牙间隙,研究治疗前后牙[牙合]结构变化。方法 选择双牙弓前突病例23例,男8人,女15人,平均年龄17.2岁。拔除四个第一双尖牙,使用3MMBT矫治器进行矫治。每位患者在治疗前后均拍摄头颅定位侧位片,利用计算机辅助诊断系统进行头影测量分析。结果 上下前牙切缘分别向后移动4.71mm、3.09mm;上下前牙根尖分别向后移动2.53mm、1.12mm。上下后牙分别向前移动3.45mm、4.27mm。SNA、SNB、MP/SN无显著性变化,ANB减小0.92°;U1/SN、U1/PP分别减小7.62°、9.52°,u/MP减小3.94°,差异有显著性。结论 本研究显示MBT矫治技术主要是通过牙齿的移动矫治双牙弓前突,并没有改变矢状骨骼类型。在矫治过程中该技术可以很好地进行垂直向的控制。Objective To investigate the dental changes of the bimaxillary protrusion cases using MBT technique with extraction of four first bicuspids. Methods Twenty-three patients (8 males and 15 females) treated with MBT appliances were taken the cephalometric film before and after treatment. Cephalometric measurement and analysis was also done with computer aided diagnosis system developed by Peking university school of stomatology. Results The edges of the upper and lower anterior teeth have been retruded for 4. 71mm and 3. 09mm , the apexes of the upper and lower anterior teeth have been retruded for 2. 53mm and 1.12mm, upper and lower posterior teeth have been protruded for 3. 45mm and 4. 27mm. There are no significant changes in SNA, SNB and MP/SN before and after treatment. ANB decreased for about 0. 92°;U1/SN,U1/PP decreased for about 7. 62°,9. 52°,L1/MP decreased for about 3. 94°, and the significant difference was founded. Conchmions Skeletal pattern can not be changed with MBT technique. The vertical control can be managed well by using MBT technique.
