摘  要:目的研究以蜂胶醇提取物制成的缓释涂膜对乳牙人工龋的预防作用,为蜂胶涂膜防龋的临床应用奠定基础。方法选用48颗离体滞留乳牙随机分为4组,表面开窗区分别用10g/L、100g/L蜂胶涂膜和氟保护漆处理,并设1组阴性对照。处理后的标本置于变形链球菌和远缘链球菌培养基中培养96h,取出制成磨片并拍摄软X线照片。用TMR软件对各组标本进行脱矿量和龋损深度分析。结果2种浓度的蜂胶涂膜与氟保护漆预防早期人工龋的效果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论蜂胶涂膜能够缓释药物,延长作用时间,可达到与氟化物涂膜相似的预防乳牙龋效果。Objective To study in vitro the anticaries effect of ethanoic extracts of propolis varnish on prevention of artificial caries in primary teeth. Methods 48 extracted primary teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups, dealed with 10 g/L propolis varnish, 100 g/L varnish, fluor protector respectively together with a control group. After 96 h of incubation with S. mutans and S. sobrinus, the caries lesion depth and mineral losses of each group were analyzed. Results Both propolis varnish of all concentrations and Fluor Protector can significantly prevent the formation of artificial caries on primary teeth compared with negative control (P〈 0. 001); while there was no significant difference among propolis varnishes and the fluoride varnish in protecting primary teeth from cariogenic challenge (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Propolis varnish can prevent the development of artificial caries of primary teeth, and this kind of propolis varnish has a similar anticaries effect with fluoride varnish.
