摘 要:目的探讨硬化性颌下腺炎的形态学特点和细胞因子在慢性硬化性颌下腺炎中的表达与纤维化的相关性。方法44例慢性硬化性颌下腺炎,根据颌下腺纤维化程度分期分为4组,用免疫组化方法分别观察4组中的TGF-β1、Ⅰ型胶原(colla-genⅠ,Col-Ⅰ)和纤维连接蛋白(fibronectin,FN)的表达,并与正常组对照,用图像分析仪测定并进行统计学分析。结果TGF-β1、Col-Ⅰ和FN的表达量均与颌下腺的病变程度成正比(各组均P<0·05);TGF-β1与Col-Ⅰ、FN的表达量成正相关(各组均P<0·05)。结论随着慢性硬化性颌下腺炎病变程度的加重,TGF-β1表达增加,可能通过促进细胞外基质(extracellular ma-trix,ECM)合成(Col-Ⅰ、FN等)而参与颌下腺纤维化发生,并在颌下腺纤维化形成过程中起重要作用。Purpose To investigate the correlation of moophologic characteristics and expression of cytokine in chronic sclerosing sialadenitis. Methods Expression of transforming growth factor β1 ( TGF-β1 ), collagenⅠ ( Col-Ⅰ ) and fibronectin (FN) was investigated with immunohistochemical assays in 44 patients with chronic sclerosing sialadenitis in the submandibular gland.' These patients were graded into four groups according to the extent of fibrosis. Results The expression intensity of TGF-β1, Col-Ⅰ and FN was positively correlated to the fibrotic grade of submandibular gland( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of TGF-β1 in submandibular lesion area was also positively correlated with those of Col-Ⅰ ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and FN ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Increased expression of TGF-β1 may play an important role in the development and progression of submandibular fibrosis by increasing the synthesis and accumulation of extracellular matrix.
