摘  要:目的:比较光固化树脂、光固化复合体、光固化玻璃离子夹层技术修复楔状缺损的疗效。方法:60例274颗中、深度楔状缺损牙随机分成A、B、C3组,A组用光固化复合树脂,B组用光固化复合体,C组用光固化玻璃离子夹层技术修复楔状缺损,随访1年后疗效。结果:A组成功率83.7%,B组成功率94.6%,C组成功率95.7%。A与B、C组,P<0.05,B与C组,P>0.05。结论:在中、深度楔状缺损治疗中,光固化复合体,光固化玻璃离子夹层技术均优于复合树脂治疗方法。Objective: To compare the clinical curative effects with three different methods in restoration of wedge - shaped defects of teeth. Methods: Sixty cases of 274 teeth with middle or deep degree of dental wedge - shaped defects were randomly divided into three groups: A, B, C. Group A was restored by light - cured composite resin, the group B by light - cured compound, and group C by the interlayer technology. Evaluation of the clinical curative effect was made after restoration for one year. Results: The successful rate of group A was 83.7% ,group B was 94.6% ,and group C was 95. 7% (PAB 〈0.05, PAC 〈 0.05, PBC 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The light -cured compound and interlayer technology are better than light - cured composite resin in treating middle or deep degree wedge - shaped defect of teeth.
