摘 要:利用扫描电镜对某汽车前轴低载强化后的材料断口特性进行了研究,力图从微观上揭示低载强化的成因和机理。结果表明:适当的强化载荷使组织变得密实、均匀,断口的孔洞数量、直径以及二次裂纹明显减少,低载强化有效地延缓了疲劳裂纹萌生,降低了疲劳裂纹扩展速率,使疲劳强度和疲劳寿命都得到提高。The fatigue strength and life of automobile structures can be obviously increased by strengthening under low amplitude load. The mechanism of strengthening under low amplitude load was studied through the observation of fracture cross section of auto parts by means of SEM. Under proper strengtheneing loading, the microstructure became dense and homogeneous. Moreover, the number and diameter of voids and the number of secondary cracks decreased obviously. The fatigue crack initiation and propagating rate were reduced by strengthening under low amplitude loading.
