摘 要:采用瞬时液相扩散焊(TLP)连接技术进行了TP304H不锈钢管的焊接,分析了不同焊接温度对接头组织、成分和力学性能的影响。结果表明:焊接温度对接头组织、成分和性能具有显著的影响,随着温度的升高,接头区元素分布均匀,焊缝界限消失,晶粒跨界面连续生长,接头强度和塑性达到母材水平。TLP焊接技术具有优质、快速和高自动化的特点,因此在管道焊接方面具有广泛的应用前景。Transient liquid phase(TLP) bonding was applied to join TP304H stainless pipe, and the effect of bonding temperature on joint microstructure and mechanical properties was studied. With increasing bonding temperature, the alloy elements diffused enough between base metal and joint, bond interface disappeared slowly and the grains grew across joint, then a joint with microstructure and mechanical properties that were similar to those of base metal was produced. As TLP bonding can easily produce a good joint in short time, it can be widely applied in pipe welding.
