摘  要:目的:研究齐墩果酸对糖尿病大鼠氧化应激反应和非酶糖基化反应的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射制备糖尿病大鼠模型,用齐墩果酸治疗8周,应用荧光法测定心肌组织糖基化终末产物(AGEs)含量,应用比色法测定心肌组织及血清丙二醛(MDA)含量,乳胶免疫聚集抑制法测定糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)含量,计算心脏质量指数。结果:与正常大鼠比较,糖尿病大鼠各指标升高,而齐墩果酸组血清MDA以及心肌组织中AGEs、MDA含量和心脏质量指数均较糖尿病组下降。结论:齐墩果酸能抑制糖尿病大鼠心肌非酶糖基化和氧化应激反应。Aim: To investigate the effects of Oleandic acid(OA) on nonenzymaticglycation and oxidative stress in diabetic rats. Methods: The subjects were 10 normal rats, 10 diabetic rats, and 10 diabetic rats treated with OA per day for 8 weeks. The fluorescence assay was used to determine the levels of AGEs. The colorimetry was used to determine the levels of MDA from myocardial tissue and serum, respectively. Resuits: In the diabetic rats, HbAlc in serum, AGEs and MDA in myocytes and the ratio of heart to weight were significantly higher than those in normal controls. After being treated with OA, serum MDA, AGEs and myocytes MDA and the ratio of heart to weight were significantly decreased than those in diabetic group. Conclusion: OA inhibits both nonenzymaticglycation and oxidative stress in heart of diabetic rats.
