贞芪扶正冲剂对颌面部鳞癌化疗患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨贞芪扶正冲剂对颌面部鳞癌化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法:将272例颌面部鳞癌患者随机分为治疗组136例(口服贞芪扶正冲剂+化疗)与对照组136例(单纯化疗)。两组均采用平阳霉素+顺铂+甲氨蝶呤化疗方案。至少完成两个疗程的化疗,每疗程化疗前后进行生存质量对比评价。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,KarnofskyPS(KPS)评分改善者分别为80、26例次,第二疗程为87、30例次。两组KPS评分分布上的变化差异有统计学意义。结论:中药贞芪扶正冲剂为纯天然中草药制剂,辅助化疗可以改善患者的KPS评分值,增加患者的体重,稳定患者的白细胞数,减轻患者化疗并发症的发生率,从而提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To investigate the effect of astragalus membranaceus-ligustrum lucidum tonic capsules on life quality of patients with oral and maxillofacial squamous carcinoma. Methods- 272 patients with oral and maxillofacial squamous carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups, 136 patients in the treatment group and 136 patients in the control group. The treatment group was given chemotherapy, and the herbal treatment at the same time exercised. The control group was given chemical therapy only. The same chemotherapy （PYM＋DDP＋MTX） was applied in two groups. Both of the groups were accomplished 2 courses at least. Comparison of the scores were made before and after treatment. Results： The scores of Karnofsky PS （KPS） are improved in both of them, including 80 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group. And 8 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group during the second course of treatment. There were significant differences between 2 groups in KPS scores （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The chemotherapy combined herbal treatment could improve the scores of KPS and relieve the complications, thus improving the quality of patients ＇ life.
