大肠癌根治术后肝转移预防的实验研究  

A Study in the Prevention of Human Colonic Cancer Cell from Liver Metastases in Nude Mice Model with 5-Fu Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy

摘　　要：用裸鼠人结肠癌细胞肝转移模型，观察术后早期大剂量大容积５－Ｆｕ腹腔化疗预防肝转移的疗效。结果表明：术后早期每ｋｇ５－Ｆｕ４０ｍｇ／ＮＳ４０ｍｌ．１次／ｄ，连续２ｄ的腹腔化疗可使裸鼠肝转移发生率降低４０％，平均每只裸鼠肝转移瘤数目减少５０．８９％，生存时间延长４８．２１％。该研究为大剂量大容积５－Ｆｕ腹腔化疗预防大肠癌根治术后肝转移提供了一个化疗新途径。A study of human colonic cancer(HCC) cell from liver metastases in nude mice was used to observe the efficacy in the prevention by the establishment of nude mice model in early post-operative intraperitoneal chemotherapy using large dose and large volume of 5-Fu. Results:the incidence of occurance of liver metastases decreased by 40%,the mean number of metastatic liver nodules of each mude mice decreased by 50.89%and the the mean survival time of each nude mice prolonged by 48.21%which was comparing with the treat group 5-Fu 40mg/kg in Ns 40ml 1 time/d×2d and the control group. This study revealed a new and more effective adjuvant chemotherapeutic approach in the prevention of intra-abdominal recurrence and liver metastases after curative resection of large bowel cancer.
