综合疗法治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视

摘　　要：目的探讨综合治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视的疗效。方法治疗屈光不正性弱视127例234眼,根据弱视程度,注视性质采取遮盖、精细目力训练、CAM视觉刺激、红光闪烁、后像或光刷综合治疗。结果综合治疗组不同程度弱视的治疗总有效率(基本治愈加进步)为98%,对照组总有效率为78%,两组差异有显著性(p<0·05)。其中基本治愈率:治疗组80%,对照组42%,两组差异亦有显著性(p<0·01)。结论综合治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视治愈率高,疗效显著。Objective To study the clinical effects of combined treatment on children＇s ametropic amblyopia. Methods 127cases 234 eyes were diagnosed as ametropic amblyopia according to degree of amblyopia and nature of fixation, they are treated with intermittent coveting, epicfitic visual training, sight enhancing device, and so on. Results The effective rate was 98% in combined treatment group and 78% in control group. The curative rate was 80% in combined treatment group and 42% in control. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Combined treatment on children＇ ametropic amblyopia is a new effectual and simple therapy.
