缺血性脑卒中患者眼底病变与颈动脉超声的改变

摘　　要：目的研究缺血性脑卒中患者的眼底病变及颅外颈动脉超声的改变,为预防及治疗提供依据。方法对110例缺血性脑卒中患者行眼底、颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查。结果眼底病变以高血压视网膜病变、糖尿病视网膜病变为主,分别占61.8%和25.5%；颈动脉超声异常率达84.5%。结论对眼底病变、颅外颈动脉超声的联合检查有助于全面反映脑血管病患者的颅内外动脉硬化程度,而且眼底病变的早期发现,对防止其危害视力的发生提供了客观依据。Objective In order to bring data for prevention and treatment in ischemic stroke, Changes of the fundus and carotids by color Doppler ultrasonography were studied. Methods 110 patients with ischemic stroke were examined with the fundus and color Dopple ultrasonography . Results Hypertensive retinopathy （61.8%） and diabetic retinopathy （25.5%） were dominant in all patients. The abnormal rate was 84.5% in carotids by color Doppler ultrasonography. Conclusion It was helpful to evaluate the atherothrombotic changes when the examinations of fundus and carotids by color Doppler ultrasonography were combined. It is also providing objective data in preventing visual impairment that the early diagnosis of the changes of the fundus.
