复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变的系统评价

摘　　要：目的评价复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索中国数字医院图书馆(www．chkd．cnki．net)全文数据库1994年1月～2005年3月、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBMdisk)1995年1月～2004年12月。由两名评价者独立对纳入文献进行质量评价,并提取资料,如有分歧,通过讨论解决。采用RevMan4.2.5进行Meta分析。结果14篇随机对照试验、共1010例患者符合纳入标准,其中高质量研究2篇。Meta分析结果显示：复方樟柳碱注射液与对照药物比较,有效率的差异有统计学意义[OR7.35,95%CI(5.44,9.93),P＜0.00001及OR4.09,95%CI(2.47,6.78),P＜0.00001。结论从现有的临床证据来看,复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变有效,安全性较高,但还非常需要高质量的随机对照试验来进一步验证和支持。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound anisodine injection for iachemic optic neuropathy. Methods We electronically searched www. chkd. cnki. net （ 1994.1 - 2005.3 ） and CBMdisk （ 1995.1 - 2004. 12）. The quality of literature was reviewed, and data were extracted by two reviewers independently. Meta analysis was conducted used RevMan 4.2.5 software. Results Fourteen RCT involving 1010 patients were included, of the fourteen RCT, two were of high methodological quality according to Jadad scale（ the Jadad score≥3）. Meta analysis indicated that have high statistical significance was detected between compound anisodine injection and control drug on effectiveness with OR 7.35,95%CI 5.44 to9.93,P 〈0.00001 and 0R4.09, 95%CI 2.47 to6.78,P 〈0.00001 at the end of treatment. Conclusion s Actual clinical evidence indicated that efficacy and safety of compound anisodine injection for ischemic optic neuropathy. More randomized controlled trim of high quality are needed for stronger evidence.
