浅谈绝对期青光眼的统一命名、定义与治疗

摘　　要：1.试图提出绝对期青光眼的统一命名与定义。2.笔者认为统一命名为绝对期青光眼较其他命名合理。定义：“一切光感消失的终末期青光眼均称为绝对期青光眼。”3.绝对期青光眼以及后遗症与并发症的治疗有其特殊性。4.必须严格掌握眼球摘除术的适应证,特别对于绝对期青光眼眼球摘除更须慎之又慎。本文通过较全面的分析及阐述,说明其理由。1. Try to discuss the unitary denomination and definition of the absolute glaucoma. 2. The denomination of the absolute glaucoma is reasonable than the others. Definition：＂Any blind eye in the end stage of glaucoma are called absolute glaucoma. ＂3. The treatment of absolute glaucoma, its seguelae and complication is particular. 4. The indication of enucleation of eyeball should be strictly controlled, especially for absolute glaucoma. The reason will be analysed and explained more comprehensively.
