摘  要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肺癌发生、发展及血管生成中的作用。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测经病理证实为非小细胞肺癌石蜡标本切片及20例肺良性疾病组中的VEGE的表达,并对肺癌组织中CD34单抗体标记血管计数(MVD)。结果肺癌组织中VEGF阳性表达率80%(64/80),明显高于肺良性组织15%(3/20)(P<0.05),并与肺癌患者的组织分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结有无转移有关。VEGF表达阳性组MVD(59.76±11.66)明显高于VEGF表达阴性组(38.49±5.38)。结论VEGF在肺癌组织中的过表达可能与肺癌的发生、发展的恶性潜能有关,并在肺癌血管生成中起重要作用。Objective To explore the VEGF possible mechanisms by which they effect lung cancer. Methods The expression VEGF in paraffin embedded. Lung cancer tissues was detected by using antibodies against VEGF and CD34 with S-P inununohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of VEGF in lung cancer was 80% and was significantly higher( P 〈 0.05) than that of VEGF in benign tissues. There was a significant relationship between the expression of VEGF, differentiation stage and lymphnode metastasis( P 〈 0.05 ). MVD of lung cancers with positive expression of VEGF (59.76 ± 11.66)was significantly higher( P 〈 0.05) than that negative expression of VEGF(38.49 ± 5.38), Conclusion Overexpression of VEGF maybe closely related to lung cancinogenesis and development of the lung cancer. VEGF could play a important role in the control of vascularization.
