摘 要:CME(ContinuingMedicialEducation)即继续医学教育是我国卫生专业技术人员的终身教育,根据继续医学教育规定完成的学分是卫生专业技术人员晋升、聘任的必备条件。以往人工的管理方式,存在着学分计算和统计工作量大,学分标准的掌握不够统一、信息容易丢失等缺点,而且管理者无法及时且全面地了解每位卫生技术人员每个年度的继续医学教育情况。通过CME信息管理系统的开发和应用,管理者可以及时地录入每一位卫生技术人员参加过的CME活动项目内容,同时系统将根据CME的学分标准及时地生成学分。这样,管理者可以通过该系统对全院卫技人员CME情况进行横向和纵向的对比分析,有针对性和规划性地督促卫技人员参加CME活动。另外,卫生技术人员也可以随时通过网络对自己完成CME情况和学分进行查询。CME (Continuing Medicial Education), the abbreviation for Continuing Medical Education, is the lifelong education for the skilled workers of hygienic major in China, and the credits got from the regulations of CME is an indispensable Drerequisite for the employment and Dromotion of the hygienic workers. The traditional way of management Darticipated merely bY men turned disadvantaged in that it requires tedious credit criterion and loses information easily. Furthermore, statistic work, lacks a unified administrators can know the annual CME conditions of every hygienic worker neither completely nor promptly. The exploration and application of the CME Information Management System helps administrators promptly keep records of all the activities participated by the hygienic works and meanwhile, it adds credits of the workers according to its credit criterion. With its help the administrators compare and analyze the CME condition of the hygienic staff from different perspectives so that they can accordingly supervise the hygienic staff in the CME activities with a clear plan, and hygienic workers can check how well they do in completing the CME task as well as their credits whenever they want.
