摘　　要：介绍了日本对虾无水保活运输的捕捞、暂养、包装、贮放、运输等技术。Using non-water lowering temperature to keep kuruma shrimp(Penaeus jopnicus)alive for transportation has many advantages, such as big load amount, no contamination and high survival rate as well as low transportation fare.
