摘  要:将一种低分子量的酚醛树脂胶应用于慈竹层压板生产中。通过生产试验,解决了慈竹竹材层压板中占30%~40%的竹膜篾片的胶合问题,产品在中国第二汽车制造厂使用近4年,完全达到车箱板的要求。One kind of phenol formaldehyde(PF)resin adhesive consisting of small molecules was applied to test Sinocalamus affinis Laminated board.The problem of the binding of bamboo strips with bamboo membrane which accounted for 30% up to 40% of bamboo strips in the practical production of Sinocalamus affinis laminated board was resolved when the kind of resin was used. The products have been met the quality requirements of truck board used by the SecondAutomobile Factory of China for four years.
