摘 要:目的:耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌是导致院内感染的常见菌株,了解其对常用消毒液的抵抗力。方法:采用悬液定量试验对含氯消毒液(921消毒剂)杀灭耐甲氧西林阳性和阴性金黄色葡萄球菌的效果进行比较。结果:1:100稀释的921消毒液作用3 min对耐甲氧西林阴性金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率达100%;用同样含量和作用时间,对耐甲氧西林阳性金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率依次分别为82.75%;但将作用时间延长至5 min,上述剂量的消毒液对两种菌杀灭率均可达到100%,对表面擦拭3遍消毒亦得到同样的效果。结论:耐甲氧西林阳性金黄色葡萄球菌对含氯消毒液抵抗力比耐甲氧西林阴性者强。Objective: To study the resistance of MRSA positive S. aureus resistance to commonly used disinfectants. Method: Suspension quantitative test was used to compare the efficacy of chlorine- containing disinfectant (921 disinfectant) in killing MRSApositive and negative S. aureus. Result: 1:100 diluted 921 disinfectant with a 3 min contact time killed 100% of MRSA-negative S. au- reus and with same contact time killed 82.75% of MRSA -positive S. aureus respectively, When the contact time was increased to 5 rain, the disinfectants at above doses could kill 100% of both bacterial strains. Wiping the surface with the three disinfectants at above doses for 3 times also gave the same efficacy. Conclusion: The resistance of MRSA -positive S. aureus to chlorine - containing disinfectant is higher than that of MRSA-negative strain.
