摘　　要：当代大学生的价值观呈现多样性,这是符合时代发展特征的,且其主流是积极向上的。但其中也存在不容忽视的消极方面。作为思想政治教育工作者,应更新观念,具体分析研究当代大学生价值观形成的原因,深入探讨和研究对大学生价值观予以引导和教育的措施,以增强大学生价值观教育的针对性和实效性。Modern college students＇ value concepts becoming diversity, this is consistent with the character of the times development, and its mainstream ：is being positive. However, there are still some negative facets in it. that should not be ignored. As being thought political educationalist, should convert old concept, specifically analyze and study on the causation of forming modern college students＇ value concepts, deeply discourse and survey about the method that being able to guide and educate on it, so as to accelerate the focalization and efficiency of education on college students＇ value concept.
