摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立小蓟、小蓟炭的指纹图谱,并进行分析比较。方法:用KromasilC18(46×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,0.5%冰醋酸溶液—乙腈为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长254nm,柱温:30℃。结果:初步建立了小蓟、小蓟炭的指纹图谱,其精密度、重复性、稳定性试验中共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,小蓟炒炭前后指纹图谱有明显差异。Objective:To establish the fingerprints of herba Cirsii and Herba Cirsii Carbonisatus by reversed-phase performance liquid chromatography (PR-HPLC) and analyze them. Methods: Chromatographic conditions were available as follows: Kromasil C18 (46×250mm, 5μm), 0.5% glacial acetic acid solution-methylcyanide as mobile phase, gradient elution, flow rate 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength 254 nm, column temperature 30℃. Results:The fingerprints of herba Cirsii and herba Cirsii carbonisatus were basically established. The RSD of relative peak areas and retention time of common peak in precision, repeatability and sta- bility tests were lower than 3.0%. Conclusion: This method is convenient, accurate and repeatable to use as a standard method in quality control of herba Cirsii. Great difference occurred in its fingerprint after the herba Cirsii was carbonized.
