国产生长抑素与善宁治疗食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:对国产生长抑素和善宁治疗食道-胃静脉曲张破裂出血(EGVB)的疗效。方法:57例肝硬化EGVB病人随机分成两组。治疗组予国产生长抑素先予250μg iv后250μg/h持续静脉泵入5 d,对照组予善宁先予0.1 mgiv后25μg/h持续静脉泵入5 d。结果:治疗组和对照组的止血时间7、2 h止血率、再出血率、病死率分别80.64%、(12±1.5)h、25.81%、6.45%,84.61%(、12±8.1)h、23.08%、3.85%。结论:国产生长抑素和善宁在治疗肝硬化EGVB病人疗效相似。Objective： To compare the efficacy of sandostatin and homemade somatostatin in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding due to portal hypertension. Methods：A total of 57 patients with esophageal variceal bleeding due to hepatic cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group,homemade somatostatin was infused by 250 μg bolus then 250μg/h continuous intravenous for 5 days. In control group, sandostatin was infused by 0. 1 mg bolus then 25 μg/h continuous intravenous for 5 days. Results ： Hemostasis rate, hemostasis time, rebleeding rate,mortality rate in 72 hours were 80.64% ,（12±1.5）h,25.81%,6. 45%,84.61% ,（12±8.1） h,23.08% ,3.85% ,respectively in treatment group and control group. Conclusion：The efficacy of homemade somatostatin is similar to that of sandostatin in treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding due to hepatic cirrhosis.
