摘　　要：目的:探讨分体插入式桩核在磨牙残根残冠修复中的临床应用方法和效果。方法:选择40例磨牙残根残冠用分体插入式桩核冠修复,观察临床使用效果。结果:40例磨牙残根残冠修复后经3￣6个月随访,修复体固位良好,咀嚼功能良好。结论:分体插入式桩核是修复磨牙大面积缺损或全缺损的较好的方法之一。Objective To probe into clinical methods and effects of the prosthesis of anatomy insert post-core in molars with residual roots or crowns.Methods We adopted anatomy insert post-core 40 molars with residual roots or crowns which have poly root canals and observed the clinical effect of this prosthesis.Resuhs Followed 3- 6 months all cases have good retention and fine mastication function.Conclusion The satisfying result indicates anatomy insert post-core is one of the best methods to prosthese molars with residual roots or crowns.
