白内障术前高频超声检查的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障术前高频超声波检查及预后评估的临床意义。方法对200只临床诊断白内障眼行高频超声检查。结果白内障主要声像图表现有1.(未成熟期)晶体前后囊膜状弧形回声带稍增粗强至增粗强,厚度稍增大,表面光滑,内部呈无回声区;2.(成熟期)晶体前后囊膜状弧形回声带明显增粗强,内部呈散在强回声点,晶体厚度明显增大、增厚,并检出术前未能诊断眼内病变108(各种)例。结论高频超声显像对晶状体病变及各类眼内病变具有较高的敏感性,对手术方式的选择及预后有重要临床价值。Objective To evaluate the prognostic significance of ultrasonic preoperative scanning for cataract patients. Methods Totally 200 cataract eyes were scanned with ultrasound preoperatively. Results 1. Immature stage ：The lans became muddy and the anterior and posterior lans membrane showed thickened and incrassated with high echoes. 2. Mature stage ：The echoes of the lans membrane were higher and thicker. The lans revealed enlarged and thickened with hyperechoic dots in the inner portion Therefore,membranous muddy was in immature stage and mixed muddy in mature stage. Conclusions Ultrasonography is sensitive for cataract diagncsis.
