摘 要:本文介绍了敏捷制造(AM)及其特征,基于业务流程再造的思想与理论,提出了在AM环境下企业业务流程再造的基本原则,即柔性、协调性、集成性及扁平状网络化;指出了业务流程再造的趋势是将组织逐步改造为学习型的组织,然后利用ERP、SCM以及CRM等信息技术,实施ERP,将供应商、企业和顾客集成为一个全新的系统,又将企业的物资流、信息流和资金流也集成为一个全新的系统;最后,论证了业务流程再造的基本过程是一个循环过程。This article introduces Agile Manufacturing (AM) and its characteristics, then based on the idea and theory of Business Process Reengineering, it presents the fundamental principles for business process reengineering under the AM environment, which are: flexibility, compatibility, integration and flatness networking. It shows that the trend of business process reengineering is to gradually rebuild learning-oriented organization, then make use of information technology such as ERP, SCM and CRM and reform ERP, and integrate a new system with offerer, enterprise and customer, also with material flow, information flow and fund flow. Finally the author demonstrates the fundamental process for business process reengineering is a cycling process.
